Very nice quality of clothes with such a reasonable price I love it a few weeks ago unfortunately i dropped coffee on my top I go there at exact 10 o clock it’s shop open time then I bought new from this shop and I changed over there specially the lady working there so humble so nice thank you so much

A lovely staff member named Celest made mine and my daughters day today. My daughter is the pickiest person when it comes to clothes, we can never usually find anything she likes, after doing a brief scan of the shop I we decided to ask a staff member for help. She not only went above and beyond to check everything my daughter liked to see if the shop had her size, but she was so kind to my daughter and really brought up her confidence. She also didn’t make us feel like we were being annoying even tho we probably were 😂 I will be coming back and I will be recommending this place to my friends, the clothes are amazing quality and for an extremely affordable price, so many sales. 🤩

Absolutely great experience. Owner celeste is kind and amazing. She actually gives genuine review. She didn't let me buy dresses that didn't suit me and helped me picked ones that actually looked great on mee. Totally recommended. Bought 5 dresses around just 109$

I love this shop, so much choice.I never come away without purchasing.I come down from Armidale by train about 5 times a year with 50 others and we bee line straight to Off The Rack.And we all love love love the Beautiful Celeste.She is so amazing.Would be great if you opened a shop in Armidale We have nothing here.

Absolutely love this store - when ever we are down from the central coast we always have a look to see what they have in store I just wished they had more L to XL tshirts, but my daughter is fortunate that the clothes fit her beautifully. Staff are so polite

I am in Sydney from Armidale NSW about 3 times a year, Off the Rack has great clothing at affordable, I wish each time I dmhad bought more than 1 dress. Just got home yesterday & bought 2 dresses, good quality too.The lady works on her own, she is so lovely, yes you may need to wait '3MINS' to be served but she is usually helping customers, what is a few minutes
